We currently ship to:

2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping (3–7 days): ₹59 flat rate
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹499
- Bulk orders may have custom delivery charges based on weight and destination
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors such as weather or festivals.
5. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your sharbat bottles.
6. Packaging and Safety
All sharbat bottles are securely packed using food-grade, shock-resistant packaging to ensure they reach you intact and fresh.
7. Delivery Issues & Returns
If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses or if undelivered due to customer unavailability may be returned to us. In such cases:
- Re-delivery can be arranged after confirming updated address details.
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
9. International Shipping
Currently, international delivery is available only for bulk orders. Customs duties, taxes, and import regulations are the responsibility of the customer.
